Placing your order

Simply browse through our site and place any items you wish to purchase in your basket. Items can be edited until orders are confirmed.. After selecting all your items, select checkout. Follow the instructions to complete the ordering process. After confirmation no revisions can be made.
Payment is made through Worldpay. We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express. When you submit your order to us your financial (credit card) details are transmitted securely to our payment processor. The Treat Kitchen do not store any of your financial (credit card) details.
Order Processing
Once you have successfully placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email to say we have received your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
We aim to process orders received before 3pm within one working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.

In the rare occurrence that the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative product or a refund. If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund automatically.

Delivery & Postage

We offer two options for UK delivery, UK Standard Postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class) at £3.95 (3 to 5 working days days) or Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) for £5.95. We aim to have your items dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. We are currently unable to offer shipping outside the UK.
For next day deliveries orders must be confirmed by no later than 12noon. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Alternatively you can also choose to collect your order from the Store at no extra cost. Orders may not be collected until you have received an email from The Treat Kitchen to say your order is ready in store. Items are normally ready to be collected 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

If you are unhappy with an item you receive or if you change your mind please email info@thetreatkitchen.co.uk within 14 days of the order being dispatched. In your email please include the details of your order and your contact information and reason for your complaint.
The Treat Kitchen team will look into your complaint and take appropriate action as needed. If a refund is offered you will be asked to return the item(s) in question to us within 14 days. Please return all items unopened and in an unused condition where possible to the following postal address. It is at the discretion of The Treat Kitchen as to whether or not any items returned with broken seals will be eligible for a refund.

We pick and dispatch our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or if your order is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the product to us at the above address. Please notify us before returning an item by email at info@thetreatkitchen.co.uk. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

Due to the nature of the product there may be slight variations to the product (such as colour). Unless these variations effect the quality of the product no refund will be given but an exchange may be offered at the discretion of The Treat Kitchen.

All weights are net weights and are approximate to within +/-10%

We will make the refund directly to the card used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. We will not cover return postage unless the item is an incorrect product or it is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All disputes are governed by English law

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

The Treat Kitchen will not store any personal details after order completion without your express permission. If an account is set up your permission is given automatically, personal details will be stored securely and will not be passed on to third party companies.
