Terms and Conditions for Wholesale/Trade Purchases

Placing your Wholesale order

Simply browse through our site and place any items you wish to purchase in your basket or use of our speedy trade order form. Items can be edited until orders are confirmed. After selecting all your items, select checkout. Follow the instructions to complete the ordering process. After confirmation no revisions can be made.
Payment is made through Worldpay. We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express. When you submit your order to us your financial (credit card) details are transmitted securely to our payment processor. The Treat Kitchen do not store any of your financial (credit card) details.

Minimum order value for wholesale orders is £250 ex VAT.

Order Processing

Once you have successfully placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email to say we have received your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has left our warehouse as confirmation of dispatch. PLEASE NOTE your VAT invoice will be emailed separately to the email address provided within 1 working day of dispatch. VAT invoices come from sales@thetreatkitchen.co.uk .
We aim to process orders received before 1pm within two working days. This excludes weekends and UK public bank holidays.

In the rare occurrence that the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative product or a refund. We will not dispatch your order until informed of which decision you would like to take.

Personalised orders

The Treat Kitchen/TTK Confectionery also offer own branded confectionery. We have a specialist in-house design team to who are available upon your request. If you are interested in own branded items or have specific requirements please contact the wholesale team on 0115 950 8150 or sales@thetreatkitchen.co.uk to dsicuss your options.


Typically your order will arrive within 3 working days from placing your order. However during busier time this can extend up to 7 working days. A confirmation of delivery date will be included when we email you your VAT invoice.

Dependent on the size and nature of the order we either ship through local courier or via palette. Both are next working day delivery.

Returns, Cancellation & Refunds


If you are unhappy with an item you receive or if you change your mind please email sales@thetreatkitchen.co.uk within 10 days of the order being dispatched. In your email please include the details of your order and your contact information and reason for your complaint.
The Treat Kitchen/TTK Confectionery team will look into your  enquiry and take appropriate action as needed.

We pick and dispatch our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or if your order is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. In the case of damaged items we will require photographic evidence of damage before we can progress with a refund or exchange.  Please notify us before returning an item by email at sales@thetreatkitchen.co.uk. Please obtain proof of posting to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

Due to the nature of the product there may be slight variations to the product (such as colour). Unless these variations effect the quality of the product no refund will be given but an exchange may be offered at the discretion of The Treat Kitchen.

Any refunds issued can only be refunded back to original method of payment. You will be informed once the refund has been issued and it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All disputes are governed by English law

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.


All weights are net weights and are approximate to within +/-10%

The Treat Kitchen will not store any personal details after order completion without your express permission. If an account is set up your permission is given automatically. Personal details will be stored securely and will not be passed on to third party companies.
