We have an ongoing partnership with Radiant Cleaners who keep our offices sparkling. The Nottingham based organisation support those who might traditionally struggle to find employment. They provide professional cleaning services by pairing experienced team members with new recruits, supporting them as they return to work or start a job for the first time. Each employee is paid the Real Living Wage helping them achieve a better standard of living. It was Radiant Cleaners founder Matt Parfitt who inspired us at Treat Kitchen to become a Living Wage Employer.
